港西出砂油藏套损机理及预防对策研究

 Deepening research on casing damage mechanism and preventive measures for gangxi sand reservoir

摘要: 通过对港西油田出砂套损井基础资料的调研,系统梳理了出砂套损井的各项工程和开发数据,在阐述出砂套损的力学机理基础上,结合目前该油田的开发工艺及措施,对出砂套损预防技术对策进行了研究,提出了 优先采用先期防砂措施,对于因工程和油藏无法实施先期防砂的井,应采取优化射孔参数、增加套管壁厚以及合理 控制生产压差等系列配套措施,将有效指导疏松砂岩油藏套损预防工作的开展,降低此类油藏的套损率,延长油水 井的寿命,提高该油田的开发效果。

Abstract:  Since 2010, many casing program optimization measures are implemented to prevent casing damage at Gangxi oilfield and effectively reduce the casing damage caused by hydration of mudstone. Through data research, sand production is found to be the major cause of casing damage in Gangxi oilfield wells after 2010. By well production data and mechanics mechanics investigation, many prevention measures are proposed. Firstly, pre-completion sand control should be conducted. For some oil wells difficult to conduct sand control measures, optimizing perforation parameters and adding casing wall thickness along with reasonably controlling the producing pressure drop should be conducted. With all above mentioned measures, the well life and oilfield development results will be improved.
